Vlcc is a well known brand. It offers so many skin care and hair care products and at the same time it gives slimming and fitness services.
I have used face pack, sunscreen and many other skin care products of vlcc. I liked the results. It was last month when I bought a deal from nearby app for hair spa at vlcc. And I called them to get my appointment fixed.
The response was quick from customer care centre and the person at the other end of call was polite enough. I booked an appointment at preet vihar, delhi and the service executive confirmed the same.
But after an hour I recieved a call from vlcc preet vihar and that person confirmed the booking. After 15 minutes I recieved another call and that man asked me to reschedule it. Which was not nice.
I scheduled it according to my convenience and they confirmed it twice. Still they called me to shift it to another day. Unfortunately that was the only cree day for me so I could not shift it. they also understood and recheduled some other person’s booking.
At the day of spa, I had to wait for about half an hour which was okay because the ambience was quite good.
The centre is quite clean and fully furnished. The staff is also polite and kind.
Then comes my hair spa time. It was quite good but there was so much of awkward silence that I got bored. They should atleast arrange soft music for passing time. Because after applying hair pack you have to sit for half an hour.
I got hair spa service at habib also and they know how to keep the customer happy and avoid boredom for them. The hair spa was done and I was happy with the results for sure.
But still I was not fully satisfied as I did not get any kind of recommendations.
When I asked for other service recommemdations for my frizzy hair then they just told me about other hair spa available. But nothing for split ends and any tretament available.
Please guys if You people are reading this at vlcc then improve your interaction with customers.
Others are adviced to take their service if they are not looking for recommendations and interaction. Otherwise spa was good for sure.
