Fraud people. I ordered one product but I got damaged product and they done return in 3 weeks but the policy was mentioned return and exchange within one week. After that I called many times to cancel the order and refund my amount but again they send another product and I took suggestions from them how to cancel they said don’t take delivery and that will be atomatically cancel but the delivery team did fake signature and updated status as delivered and now valebazar team are saying they are not responsible they didn’t cancel my order I requested many times and they are not supporting as well their employees disconnected calls whenever I called them.
The website is also not user friendly they are not added cancel option and comment adding option and after calling many time then also their team not doing what I requested they didn’t cancel my order just did timepass so that they don’t want to give refund.
Don’t buy any product from valebazar better but it from trusted sites. I suffered 2 months and lost my money as well.
