It’s a bitter experience that I had ordered on Pen drive of make STRONTIUM AMMO 3.1 with 64 GB pendrive through their website, wherein I had received SanDisk 128GB OTG which I have not ordered. When I contacted them online on the helpline number someone has replied and promised to replace it by deputing their representative to accept return of the product. But so far none hascome to pick up the item for return. Again when contacted on mobile numberfound on the pack nobody is answering but only we can hear the recorded voice, ur in Q and ur waiting list is 5 or 2 or 1. Once it comes to 1 suddenly is repeats all our agents are busy ucan call later. There ends the matter and again we have to call. The process continues but no response from them.I think It’s been tied with SHIP ROCKET/EXPRESSBEE Couriers where they are mingled and are cheating the public.
