A box of Alberto VO5 comes with two tubes of oil, enough for 2 weeks if used weekly, as recommended, and contains aloe. VO5 Hot Oil Treatment is extremely easy to use, as the entire process only takes one minute, and you can do it while in the shower. These are the instructions:
Steep unopened tube of Alberto VO5 Hot Oil Hair Treatment in a cup of hot water for 1 minute, so the oil can warm.
Massage the tube of oil into wet, unwashed hair and leave for one minute. Rinse, then shampoo.
What could be simpler? It is also a great product to use before an important event that you want to look particularly nice for. I have heard that some people with ultra fine hair do not like this product, as it weighs their hair down. Hot Oil does not replace regular conditioning.
