I bought two SIMs from Vodafone three months back one each for my TAB and IPAD. Apart from these, I am using Vodafone data card and one more connection for my black berry. Internet is 24 hours active on all SIMs apart from the IPAD one.
It shows "No SIM", "Searching" or "Vodafone" without 3 G. I went to their showroom, they told me very rudely that I need to call the techincal team. I called the technical team. They guided me and after changing the settings, internet started working.
Few minutes, same problem cropped. I started writing mails to Vodafone team. They reply in a standard manner that there is connectivity issues in my home. I replied them that of that was the case, why internet is working in other three connections.
I again got the same reply that there is a connectivity issue. I wrote back asking them to send their technical person. After three mails, they decided to send one person. He came, checked the settings and concluded that SIM needs to be changed. After that its almost three weeks since I heard from Vodafone. This is the status even after writing to their appellate authority.
I kept on following up with them through mails which they always responded with automated reply. I tried calling them in their corporate telephone numbers(022 7171xxxx& 022 2496xxxx) and their appellate authority no(080 2496xxxx). They kept me waiting with their automated replies. I tried calling them in their karnataka customer care number(988609xxxx). There is no option to go for complaints at all! Its atrocious service.Pls dont go for Vodafone services at all. They are very arrogant, eats our money and doesnt bother to provide any service at all
