Hello friends, I am using Vodafone postpaid number from eight years with this service provider. My postpaid plan is 199Rs per month. In this plan, I can make 1200 minutes local and std call, 400 sms I will make. My billing date is 6th of per month. Before two days ago I have received a message from Vodafone that your bill plan had been changed with 299, with other benefits, without any other information and without my permission. I make a call to customer service representative and complain about it. But his behavior and talking style are very rude. He wants me satisfied without any reason and almost dont know about that plan also. But when I said that I want to port that number in the other services provider, then he made complained about my billing plan issue and dont give me proper information about when my plan will be change.
So in my opinion if you want to make a pospaid customer with any one service provider, then please make decision after receiving all of the important information about the plan and the billing information.
