I was Vodafone customer from past 2 years suddenly I saw my balance reduction with out using any service..I had very bad experience with customer care I have lodged close to 10 complaints but no result every time they say it will be rectified in 24 hours but no use..when I called back for status ..
Finally they said it is because of data usage ..my hand set does not support GPRS how could it be data usage? but there was no answer from customer support.... even visited Vodafone centre with this complain even they could not help me...
I was lucky to be on prepaid so I was spared with around Rs. 300 I was thinking what would be my bill if it was post paid ..one more thing..you will be offered new services with out any request and your balance will be deducted...
I don’t think this is good practice to generate revenues..
