Mpes is a worst app.Its design, features, operation speed, customer satisfication level is very low gtade.I am using this app perhaps from one year ego. First I was using a vodafone post pay sim. So they always sent message to pay bill through mpesa.so I installed to pay my bills. Before this I was using netbanking. I thought it would make little bit easy to make bill payment. But after installation when I registered my no and made my mpin and went to make payment it asks me to add money first to mpesa wallet. It has no direct payment mode. That time I thought why not I should use my netbankin.Its always sends me message that do recharge through mpesa it will give cashbacks. Till today date I had never gate any cash back.It’s process for paying bills or making recharge is very slow. Some times error also occures.Its lay out of features are so meshing. One will confused by sewing these options.The most wordt thing and loosing money problem is that u should add money to its wallet. If u lost your sim card then u can’t logged in through no such other things to get your money back. As same in the case of if u changed your mobile pbones operator. As u can see in my homepage photo there is 107 rupees. Which I lost and now I can’t able to get back or make any payment or Recharge. Because I had changed my operator. Now I am unistalling this app hopelessly. Loat my money.From my point of view I will not recommend this app.
