I have been using Vodafone service since few years now. But haven’t came across such pathetic service ever from any other service provider. Recently I have been charged for browsing internet, even after having an active data plan. Unknowingly I had been charged for some kind of service packs(Don’t know what the F*K was the service pack). But even after that didn’t receive any kind of message from Vodafone stating that my balance has been deducted from account. I came to know about this after two days.
Today I had received a call from the customer care executive saying sorry for the inconvenience . I just asked him a simple question but he was unable to answer my query. Is this the kind of service we are looking for ? Never again I will go for Vodafone.
