I have been a vodafone post paid user from the past 6 years and the service and support you got back then is nothing to what it is now.
Vodafone came out with the red family plan and owning a mobile no and a dongle I thought this would be great to save out on unnecessary rentals and have my bills low when I dont use the dongle much.
Vodafone red promises you priority at the vodafone stores and a dedicate relationship manager or a special customer care helpline no.
The first big blunder these guys did was after 4 months of being after them to add my dongle no they did not add it and kept charging me for the red plan and the dongle keep complianing no one gets back to you, contact your relationship manager he says he will and never gets back to you. Go to a vodafone store and to hell with your priority thing they promised, they had me in wait for 1 hour till my token was called out. Finally the issue got resolved.
Then further I have been facing alot of call drops and poor 3g speeds in my area put a complaint no one gets back to you and finally after 6 complaints they get back to you come do a survey and go back and then next day say its fixed but you dont see any changes.
The only time vodafone will call you like 30 times a day is when you missed your due date by a day. And they pester to know when you will pay what time and from where you will pay. If only they did the same when you lodge a complaint.
