I have been using vodafone for 3 years .Its network is very good .sometimes I feel amazed to use its 4g network but sometime.This network also provides very catchy offers.You can also have your customised offer.But one thing I feel very bad about it, its customer service.Few weeks ago the fluctuation of the network is very high in my phone so I called to customer care, they assured me that the problem will fix very soon but it didn’t happen.I called them further but they tried to manupulate me.After the struggle of about two weeks finally the problem had fixed.Apart of that plans and offers are very good but customer service is dissatisfactory.
