I have become sure that VOdafone Customer Service is never ever gonna change. The quality department of the Customer Service seems to be useless as they cannot track and take actions against calls where the Customer Service Agent is trying to fool the customer. There is no proper escalation and they themselves are more useless than the agents. No one available on phone is atleast a bit helpful to the customer and do not even try to co-operate. Instead they keep the call on long hold and then disconnects the phone.
These people are never ever gonna improve their service.
