I was using Vodafone for about 2 years. From the last February onwards, there arrised a severe problem of network issues and the services like calling, packet data, sms services become very poor. Firstly, the issues started with the Gprs services having very poor network signals and contacted to the customer care many times. 2G network was only available which sometimes with no network signal and I’ve waited for days. Many changes made in the mobile settings which are of no use and then rest of the problems followed. Other ones near to me using the same network also have similar situations and we all waited for a good response. But the condition became more and more worse and finally I can’t even make an urgent call.
I had a worst experience with Vodafone and it is unreliable.
