Worst Service Provider

Hello,


My self Reshma Kule using your postpaid service till September 2019 for number 8657417549. I have lost my mobile on 1st Sep 2019 due to which I stopped using vodafone service.


I tried to reach out vodafone but there were no respond from your side. I agreed that it was my mistake that I have not reported you and said I will pay rs 1800.


After 2 months I got receiving the call from your end for the payment I told them as of now my financial condition is not proper so can I pay later on amount was around 1800 Rs. But the support team were not listening and spoke with me very rudely and started threatening me .


In last month one of your support member told me that you can make the part payment. So as per her instruction I have paid 1300 on 30.10.2019 at 1 pm around.


Later on I had a word with Vijaya on+91 2268634616 she said now only 500 is pending where I said can I pay once I received salary in this month end till that now further please don’t generate any bill as I am not gonna to continue your service.


Vijaya said Yes bill will not get generated but make sure that you will call me once you make the payment.


Thereafter everyday I received the call and every time I would explain the same also I requested for the email from your end but till date I have not received any email.


On 11.11.2019 again I got a call and I requested her to send an email but she started threatening me.


Again on 12.11.2019 today I got a call and she started threatening me to pay 1000 bill amount.


Now you people are forcing me to post your review on social sites has if now I feeling like torturing.


You people don’t have any humanity and cant understand anyone.


Worst service I had ever experience in my life.
