Vodafone is the worst service in the telephone operators! There is no network most of the time. They just want that the people buy the sim and then there is no one to listen to their complaints!
I have 4 vodafone numbers. One is postpaid and the rest are prepaid. The network creates problem in all the connections. There is no service and most of the time there is a message of no connection. If we are in urgent requirement to call someone we cannot trust vodafone network at all. When I complained them that I do not have service near my area they said that there is no option by which they can help me. This is not the service we expect from our service providers.
Just like airtel they should also show all their network and towers and be transparent so that we can be also be sure of their service and that they are true. We waste our money everytime bit at the time of need we cannot reach other persons. Most of the time there are call drops and if we talk for half an hour we need to call atleast 5 times. This is very irritating and feels like we do not call at all.
The call charges or internet charges are not cheap also. Every day they are just increasing the prices. Therefore if we compare I think other networks are better. If they take money they provide those kind of service also and dont misuse our money.
I am thinking of porting number or arleast keeping a spare number of other network in case of emergency.
