I have a A/C with Vodafone for the past 4-5 yrs NO. is 9920713193 - Was using a BlackBerry Plan. My Phone was missing, hence I request them to block it & requested for a new Sim, after which they told me that the services will be active in 4hrs after 4hrs I called them up & yet I receive different answers from different ppl. saying 2hrs- 4hrs -24hrs- Service is active.
I call them the next day & yet the person says that the no is active, however no Network Bars on My phone I checked another Sim card & it works.Then I asked him to confirm the 19 digest No. that that on the Sim card & it’s a Completely Different NO. that the service is activated on, hence I asked him to block the service & re activate on the one that I hold, he said that it cannot be done over the phone & will need to visit the store. I call them once again in the next 10min & a girl answered the call & informed here the whole thing all over again, said that she will get the service activated in the next 4hrs on the 19 digest no provided.
Once again I call then in the next 5hrs as the Sim is not active & it’s been 2 days that I’m roaming with a pone & a Sim waiting desperately to use the services & yet again the person tells me that their server has taken the request for the next day.
It’s not the agents that I’m mad about But the management Running the company & the quality team if you have one get who needs to train the agents on what questions are to be asked & how to get the issue resolved then to Just say “HAPPY TO HELP” which does not even HELP.
