EXTREMELY HORRIBLE MOBILE OPERATOR COMPANY

Hello Friends!

Today I am going to share my experience with the pathetic Vodafone Mobile Operating Company.

After about 3-4 months from buying the sim card the started giving me packages which I refused on my mobile number73xxxxxx77.

They started charging me on those offers from which I was unaware and after a month my postpaid bill suddenly became 3 times from the earlier one.

I was very much annoyed with this and I complaint in the customer care desk but they said that I have pressed the # to enable offers.

When I decline they said that they never give packages on prepaid and requested me to pay the bill.

After 1 month the bill was again the same and I again complaint in the customer care and then they told me that they are sorry for this and again requested me to pay the bill but I declined and I took my sim card and kept it on their table and returned back to home.

And my address also changed as I have shifted a little bit earlier from my old house and then I approched the jio sim card.

I was very annoyed by this behaviour from Vodafone Operators. I took the pledge to never ever approach this mobile operator.
