Still charging despite illegal booster/bad network

In Union Park Bandra there is a signal booster due which we have been facing close to no network/continuous dropped calls/20 missed call SMS’s(4 calls/sms) per day when phone is lying idle on my table.I get the sms but no calls come through.  This has been happening for the past 3 months.every time you call customer support they blame "Congestion" the word has started sounding like a badword now.  Finally an email to Asim Ghosh’s- MD/CEO office results in network engineers visit! He confirm an already existing/internally acknowledged problem of a signal enhancement booster in our neighbourhood.


My second mail to Asim Ghosh stating customer support’s "parrot" like responses to problems, being charged despite an acknowledged problem in the system for 3 months.misleading customer every time they call support.resulting in substandard service has had no reply from him.some guy from network function called saying we have done fine tuning which resulted in 30% improvement(earlier network available only 10% of the time).the network guy kept arguing and refusing to believe we are having call drops.when his call dropped!.   My entire building is reeling under the same problem and the Voda guys are telling other members that I have no problem and I am told they have no problem.Voda is literally manipulating the consumer.  We are contemplating further action and were advised to write here as well.AS I COMPLETE TYPING THE REVIEW I HAVE RECIEVED AN SMS STATING I MISSED A CALL! I FEEL LIKE COMMITTING SUICIDE AND VODAFONE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS
