I am vodafone service user for the last 6 years . The network has been fine . But after getting converted to postpaid from prepaid , I had faced all kind of troubles with the services , bills and payments , customer care etc etc.

The common problem with the customer care executives is when you raise a request for activation or deactivation of any service , and if you ask them is it done , they will confidently say that yes its done. And when the bill comes , you will see you are being charged for the service which you deactivated on a regularly basis . And when you call back asking for an explanation , they say we didnt receive any request for deactivation . And the important thing is they never misses activation requests , they only misses deactivation requests . This happened with my request to deactivate itemized bill . I assumed that the service would have been deactivated and wasnt checking bill. Once I checked one of the bill and was shocked to see that I was being charged for the itemized bill for the last 6 months .
The same thing happened recently . I raised a request to activate pack of national + local messages. Before this I was using a only local sms pack . While requesting activation for national pack , at the same time I requested deactivation for local pack . I didnt receive message for neither activation or deactivation . And in the next bill I see the national + local pack activated and I was also charged for the local sms pack . And when I called the customer care , they say the same thing . We didnt receive any request for deactivation .
You have to be very careful when dealing with vodafone and especially in billing . Pathetic billing systems .
