I work for them for 1 day I get to know how they give fake high net speed by giving chance to people to check their net speed below the tower of their network, they are making advertisement.
I have been used Vodafone for 2-3 years.
Sometime they are very good and sometime extremely worst.
From jio cames to existence, the Vodafone serivise is getting worst. Too many problems with the DATA NETWORK, the calls are normal, but the data is getting worst.
The network tower is full but still the data speed is extremely worst( data not connecting) .
Very unhappy with the way how customer service replies.
I think now they are least bothered about the customers and the service because of jio cames to market they cant able to compete them.
To connect customer service , it's even more horrible.
You reached this position with a lot if hard work dont lose it so easily.
