Excellent to Pathetic

I have been a loyal Hutch subscriber, however since the takeover the service has deteriorate to a level that I am forced to change the number after using it for more than 5 years.

The network is gone - call drops and congestion. Reaching call centre is as difficult as reaching god. Even if you can reach call centre, you’ll be made to hear the promotion for 1 full minute. reaching the executive is equally difficult. and not of much help.

And not they have started charging for calls not made. And when like a loyal customer I call up the call centre to tell them this, they are just not ready to listen. Not even ready to take a complain or arrange check.

When I tell them I’m gonna leave you, they say its your choice.(and my monthly bill is pretty heavy, I make lot of STD and even long distance calls)

I wish Hutch remained Hutch .
