10+ years.
It used to get decent reception in the past, but nowadays it falls behind other operators like Airtel, Jio etc.
Both 3G and 4G receptions are bad in the rural areas. You have to struggle to get your cellular data connection on.
If they do not fix this, soon this company will go obsolete.

The rates for both data pack and talktime pack has been reduced dramatically.
Now you can get 1 GB 3G/4G data for just 96 Rupees. That’s a good deal, not as good as Jio, but yeah, it’ll do.
