I have 2 Hutch/vodaphone numbers - corporate connections. They were prepaid numbers but a couple of months ago I had them converted to postpaid corporate connections - through a company called Matrix. Since then, I have regretted this decision many times.
I have not received any bills since the day I signed up for the service and they have disconnected one of my numbers without any notice. They have never bothered informing me about their billing.
I have tried to call them several times and every time I was assured that they would send me a bill -either by post or by email but till now I have not received any bill. The customer service is pathetic. I am the employee of a fortune 500 company and these are corporate connections - if this is the case with corporate connections I cannot imagine how Vodaphone handles general connections.
I urge you to stay away from Vodaphone connections. This company does not know the meaning of customer service. it does not respect the basic needs of its customers. if you take up a connection you will face terrible problems at every stage.
