Vodafone disconnect calls every 30 mins on Prepaid. Their customer care says they have set it to 30 mins on Prepaid and 1 hr on Postpaid. They don’t want to understand that my office conference calls are getting disconnected every 30 mins. Nor do they want to help.
Looks like after 2 years of my complaining. Vodafone has removed call disconnect after 30 mins. My Manager and clients should be happy now. :)
