I was using Vodafone postpaid and opted for Vodafone Prepaid in dec 2014 as I had to go out of my city for 6+ months. When I was using postpaid connection, the customer service, network, internet facilities, calling facilities were great but the day I converted the postpaid into prepaid, it seems like am using reliance or tata indicom not vodafone.
I recharge my connection with 250 INR and in no time, the balance becomes less than 50. Call charges, internet service charges are costly as compared to postpaid charges. Customer service is pathetic in prepaid. No better plans in prepaid. I will give 8.5 out of 10 to vodafone postpaid and 3 to V - prepaid. If anyone want to go for vodafone, go for postpaid connection.
