Once I wrongly recharged a mobile phone of a unknown person.through paytm.then I contact to the the vodafone service support for any of the way to get back the transaction which was wrongly rechrged by me.through paytm.but the customer care told me that there is no wayout to get my recharge back to my correct no. Then I asked him to transfer my call to the senior executive.but the customer care people put me on hold for about 28 minutes approx. And then the call was ended from custimer care side.that was like a horrible and cheated behaviour from company to the customer.
