I was using Vodafone service since 2002, Previously Vodafone Is Hutch, at that time onwards I was using Vodafone,
Due to his worst service I quit from Vodafone Service provider, they dont have best offer like airtel, Airtel has very good service, Airtel is No 1 service provider, in vodafone they will deduct our money automatically, when we asked for returned they will give silly excuses,
So many time I was tried to call to customer service but it will take longer time. after get connected we wont get proper service from them, Call Centre Executive are really illiterate, they can’t able to talk in English, even though they unable to speak in our national Language.
On Top of it they dont have proper knowledge about the product, they will pass the call to their senior. I really very happy now by using Airtel.Thanks to Airtel, they are giving proper service.
