Worst ever customer care support

I tried to get my December month bill copy for my claim purpose last 10 days. I continuously mailed to vodafone customer care but the care center is almost death condition.


Here I have attached below my mail conversation with vodafone care. Once you read I will come to know what a pathetic support they have.!

Its highly pathetic. I am continuously asking for December month bill. Your peoples always sending wrong one?(i don;t know customer care is their or not?). You see how many times I mailed regarding this? Am trying for more than a week for this!  Surely I will expose this to social media and mouthshut.com regarding this for your service. You please cancel or send portability to other network.
