I bought a new corporate sim of 999 rental. The day I got my first month bill my service gets disconnected and bill is 2.5k. I was charged for the freebies and the customer care told it will be rectified. Stating my credit limit was 800/- the service is cut.
Come on my plan is 999 and why is my limit 800.? Without any intimation my service is cut and also before the due date. No service so I cant increase the limit by sending sms and I am being forced to pay this absurd bill.
