Here is what I see in the service of hutch guj that need to improve (drastically ) may seem superfical but its sure a thing to think about
1> ...for God sake increment the number of the customer care guys ....one has to wait for arnd 4+ min and this is so tiring to hold on to it :( personnel highest is arnd 4 each time that I call ( am a prepaid user )...many a times I have just left the thing out and hanged up ........some time on edge or pulling my hairs its so frustrating man.....
2>.... SMS server is like having a ship tied to the thin thread ...it crashes too freqently and basically it just closes its eyes on the Airtel network (delhi) and for god sake try to rectify the problem rather than calling up people and telling sir/madam we got a complaint registerd by u ......
3>... a stupid suggestion ....why dont they, make a sms Number (toll free toll freee I insist that......) which takes on the complaints rather than one has to wait for the customer care guys to pick up the call .....they can just set in a toll free sms number to which any user can address the complain (unless he or she has a sms problem :)...... )
Basically the network works fine but BE-AWARE of the HUTCH alive stuff is like a trap coz each msg that u answer it makes ur poor by some amount of money :( now whn greedy or lonley just dont turn to the alive stuff other wise u will sure ruin ur account ......so BE alert and be alive :))
Network lacks the sure steel like support no matter what mobile phone u have u wll be seeing that ur out of coverage at soem crutial places .....but u can trust on the network in cities and highways...in train it just go gaga
Should I sing again ...you and I .... :) enjoy the network.
