Bad coverage. They use all monkey tricks to get money from u. they may say free ringtone for some period but you will forget after the free period n start paying from the day one after the free period, no calls/no updates. You may not even ask for ring tone..they will enable and deduct money. Very pathetic service.
You explain all your problem..they will fwd to manager who doesn’t take the call. No matter how many times u call, same response. Please don’t go for this. I shifted to airtel and have peace of mind now. less advertisement calls..less disturbance.
