Hutch looting it's subscribers in Bangalore

I am quite new to Bangalore city, only 3 months since I have shifted base from Mumbai to Bangalore, but nevertheless I opted to go in for Hutch Prepaid SIM card as I knew I had to making all my incoming calls free to overcome the roaming facility on the Orange SIM card.

But I am utterly and horribly shocked by the malpractices been followed by Hutch to start looting it’s Prepaid subscribers by levying Rs.2 for no good reason being deducted everyday inspite of making repeated complaints about the same to their customer service department.

Worst still their customer service representatives don’t have any concrete or good reasons to let their customers know , why on the earth they are charging the rental fee of Rs.1 per day (Rs.1 for SMS) when they are already taking the amount of Rs.125/- + Rs.20 /- at the time of refilling the SIM Card. I have done refilling for 4 times now since arriving in Bangalore and I found that I was having a very poor network quality with the Hutch Network and everyone trying to get in touch with me told me that your cell is never reachable.

Still, I thought that quality of service would improve over a period of time, but it has’nt been the case so far. Also I found that Hutch customer care representatives sound rude while offering any sort of help to their customers. My friends kept on recommending me to discontinue the Hutch service and go for Airtel as that is the best cellular services provider in Bangalore with good network and quality of customer service. But I still refused and said that I would stick to Hutch.

But now I have literally given hope as none of my complaints have been attended so far and worse still I find money been deducted from my prepaid account for no reason whatsoever without making or receiving any phone calls or even SMS’s.

I won’t recommend anyone to go in for Hutch. They have proved that they are worst in all aspects.

I am saying bye to them as I have now discontinued Hutch and would be going for a fresh Airtel connection.
