I do notice people branding Hutch as waste but the reality is its working fine in Chennai Circle. They have pretty strong & fine signals inside glass doored apartments, shoppin malls etc.. I mean it through my experience at Spencer Plaza, which is one of the most conjested shoppin malls of Chennai. You are certain to receive & make calls, send messages without any ambiguity. So as far as signalling is concerned Hutch is no way lesser than AirTel, which is numero uno in Chennai.
As far as customer care is concerned Hutch does it too pretty well. They are ready to help you at any time.They do find solutions to your problems.So Hutch is as good as AirTel (since its considered to be best) in customer care too.
The tariff plans of Hutch prepaid are far more cheaper and better than AirTel. In Chennai only Hutch & Aircel provide FREE SMS. In a particular pack Hutch debits a rupee/day & offers unlimited free sms (which AirTel doesnot offer!!!).
So go for Hutch prepaid and enjoy mobiling....
