Hello friend, I am Asish. Vodafone 4g is the most pathetic and hopeless service it gives the worst customer care. Customer care is not helpful. They give zero respect to old customer who are using this service from last 7 to 10 years.
I have a problem of network and communicate with their customer care. Their staff behaved very rude after a long time I was in waiting of their response. The network does not work properly in various area. It is the worst of all the networks. The connection of Vodafone 4g is totally a waste of money.
There is no unlimited data plans available in this provider. Post paid plan is very very imposter type. Sometimes they intentionally send message to convert prepaid plan to post paid plan by giving exciting offers, which are hopeless. Their Rs. 49 plan for 28 days which is compulsory is very very painful to us specially those who are low income group. Sometimes they don’t inform customers at the time of end of their net plan. On the other hand they deduct the amount from their talk time balance. It is very much irritating.
Best advice for all, switch to the other better network and do not waste your precious time and money on Vodafone.
