No signal - Avoid Vodafone - They just don't care!

Upon purchasing a mobile contract from Vodafone( That I cannot use!) they assured me that I would have a signal - Yes, maybe if I wish to drive a mile down the road and climb 20 feet up a tree!


I have NO signal in the house - a sure boost box thingy is £100 - No way am I paying that - The service I have entered into on salesman’s assurity of quality of signal is a complete and utter lie - I have now found out it states "Outside only" - I am now housebound due to serious illness so this is a very concerning matter for me.


Vodafone do not seem to care in the slightest.


They now have 2 options - Either supply me with a sure signal box for free or cease the remainder of my contract immediately with no financial penalty so I can go to a reputable company for my mobile usage.


The phone and service Vodafone have sold me (In FULL knowledge of my home address when order was placed) - is simply, NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!


Failure of the above 2 options will leave me no other choice but to contact Watchdog and expose this scam - Who is the regulator for Vodafone? - is it OFCOM?


I might as well frame my phone and hang it on the wall as a decoration - It has no other use.
