I am using Vodafone network services since many years .When I was in prepaid service it was good but recently had to change it to billing and really the service is so pathetic. The Internet is also very slow whether it is 2G or 3G .However, sad to say their customer service is very horrible .If you go to the gallery to ask even some information they make you to wait in the queue for hours .Lately I have observed that you find some customers chatting for nearly one hour with the representative. Sometimes I wonder whether these reps are really talking to customers or their friends.
These Representative are very rude and full of attitude . They explain the billing so fast that it bounces on our head .And even after paying your bill they dont update it in their system and then they disconnect the activation.Then you have to go to their gallery and then explain them about the payment.So I still have to wait for one month to get back to my prepaid account I am really sick and tired of their billing services
