It is high time you stopped harrassing customers and looked into your faulty services and did something about it.
I have been getting a million calls from your clueless mindless team harassing me to pay a wrong bill. None of them can resolve it but they can harasses me again and again for it.
I have been told a million times that I will get a call from the Senior manager to resolve it but the sr. manager is non existant and some stupid person calls again and is unable to resolve.
I am sick of this.
The problem is very simple:
I had set a credit limit of 1300 but my bill came 2700. I refuse to pay 2700 as I had set my cr. limit as 1300. So at 1300 the phone shuld have stopped working. But if it did not stop at 1300, then why did you stop at 2700 also.
What were my various conversations with CS team?
- Maam how can you ask us to reduce the bill when you have used 2700?
My answer to this is: Really guys, did I ask you to allow my bill to go to 2700. I had specifically set a limit of 1300. it was for a reason - so that at 1300 my outgoing stops working and my bill doesnt exceed it.
- Maam, in the unbilled amount, the amount goes very high. We do not get to know whether the bill has exceeded the cr. limit.
My answer to this: Is this my problem? Your service is at fault. If you cannot asses the bill going beyong 1300, then you should not provide the service of credit limit.
- Yours is a dynamic Cr. limit. If you want your bill not to go beyond 1300, you should set it as fixed cr. limit
My answer to this: Firstly noone informed me the difference between dynamic or fixed. Regardless, if in dynamic cr. limit anyway the bill is going to exceed the amount, whats the point of calling it a cr. limit service. whats the point of it?
Also, if it is so dynamic, why did my outgoing calls stop at 2700? why did you not allow it to go till 2, 00, 000? afterall its dynamic na! And I had not crossed my due date of payment also when the calls got cut off.
Now I have explained my problem really well. You better come up with a solution to this. aND STOP CALLING ME AND HARASSING ME
