They dont deserve to say "HAPPY TO HELP"

Vodafone India has the worst customer care I have ever seen. Other day I was at one of their 24 hr kiosk to pay the bill. The machine was not able to read the credit card, I called the customer care they recommended I use other credit card or cash, so after arguing with them for sometime, I gave in and said I will try that.


Apparently the machine was down neither cash not any card would work, so called them up again, smart customer care rep. is asking me to go to another Kiosk which was 10 min by rickshaw, so I asked the rep to give me credit of for Rs.20 and I will do the same, but I got the canned response we cannot do that.


So when customer is willing to pay the bill on time and their service is not working, they can get away with sorry for the inconvenience, but same does not go other way around for the customer. Vodafone India has the pathetic management, which only knows how to rip the customer.
