I have my friend Ms.Gauri taking a new connection with Vodafone and its being at least 2 months now from Andheri - Vodafone Outlet.There was a problem with the verification at my residence.
On visiting the Andheri outlet, I was informed by Ms.Rocheal ( Worst Vodafone Centre Executive ) that re-verification would be required which was done and the phone lines were absolutely fine.Yesterday the lines were disconnected and Ms.Gauri thought that it was a payment issue hence russhed to the kiosk centre and made the payments, but the lines were still not functioning.Out of the shock she visited the outlet today and understood that there was a verification problem and hence the lines were disconnected.On checking with Mr.Alam - Attendee informed that Ms.Rocheal ( Worst Vodafone Centre Executive ) has have had a office boy NOT FROM THE VERIFICATION TEAM visiting for verification ...
WHAT A FAKE BY VODAFONE !!!!!!!
Ms.Rocheal ( Worst Vodafone Centre Executive ) informed that the verification has to be re-done but meanwhile the lines would be connected right away and the status of the verification would be provided end of Day and Ms.Gauri left the outlet.As assured at 11am today till now 5.30 pm the lines were not reconnected and hence we called the number provided for future update NO ANSWER 9769370517 - 14 / 9833549833.Finally there was an answer on 9833549833.

On calling 9833549833 Ms.Rocheal ( Worst Vodafone Centre Executive ) answered the call and no answer what so ever to the questions asked accept for I would not discuss the customer contact details to anyone accept for the customer. Stupid nswers received from Ms.Rocheal ( Worst Vodafone Centre Executive )
1] Why was the phone connection not activated as per the assurance in the morning ?
Reply : I never promised that, instead informed that the same would be started after a call back from our end by end of day.
2] What is the alternate number where you would contact the customer for informing the update ?
Reply : I cannot give this, but I have it .
3] Which is the number or should I give any alternate number ?
Reply : No I have it .
4] Who was sent to the guest place for verification ?
Reply : Our team member [ When ideally it was an office boy ]
Is this what a customer has to go through on taking a new connection from Vodafone ? Also I would be visiting the outlet today evening and accordingly keep all posted on the update given and the action taken.
