Pathetic Network

I have been a customer of Vodafone since November 2014. My number is 9711008350. I’m giving a review after using their services for more than 2 years. They are the worst service providers in India. I complained regarding poor network coverage in June this year. The complain number is 246386934. I received call from their network team and they assured me of improvement in their service. By 1st week of June the network problem got almost resolved, again in August this problem started, I called their helpline and they said due to some construction activities there is a problem in my area. Day by day the problem started worsening. I called their complaint team at 198 but due to network instability the call got disconnected again and again and the representatives in Vodafone customer care centres are not even civilised enough. Finally I wrote an email to corporatecare.del@vodafone.com and on 29th September I received a call from a manager named Shabnam Suthar. She promised me that she will personally take care of the issue and call me in 2 days to give a status on that, she called me after a week and informed that the issue will be resolved by 19th of November. So I demanded for a waiver on my tariff plan. She promised me that she will speak to the billing team and call me after 2 days to give a status on this. I never got a call from that manager so, I wrote multiple emails to Vodafone corporate care team. Aafter being frustrated I stopped paying bills. The issue is still not resolved and they have stopped services. I recommend never subscribe for Vodafone connection.
