My case: My Vodafone no. 982009@$%@ was a post paid no. untill 14th Dec’2010. But I changed it into a prepaid due to some of my personal probs. But dont know who bite me, I paid a sum of Rs.480 twice to the Vodafone Co.
It has been nearly 5months and I am waiting for my cheque of Rs.480.00 which I was promised that the cheque will be delivered within 60 working days. I have visited the Vodafone Store at Bhayander thrice and they promise me for another 1week and the cheque will be delivered at my home. I am using my no. since last 7yrs and there has been so many complaints against the customtakeouter Service Department. As I use to call asking for the cheque details I have been barred to make calls to 111 or 198 or any other toll free no.
Firstly I use to have so much of faith in Vodafone but now I think now its gonna go low. My whole family uses a Vodafone no., that too a billing no. If I dont get my money back I will first try to change them into some other service provider. My dad is really upset with me due to this. He always shouts at me asking me to go and ask for the money which you gave them.
I want to get my sum of Rs.480 back but dont know when these guys are gonna return it. Its taking a long long time as it is really 5months which is really too much.
Pls contact me ASAP and give me the exact time of delivery of my cheque.
