I had bought a new connection of Vodafone, about 6 months back.After 5 months, I was being charged for Internet data usage, without my knowledge.But I had not used the service, at all.I called up the customer care to complain about this problem. But they were clueless on how to help me.I checked my phone for settings to disable this service. Despite of trying many times to discontinue this service, money started to vanish fast from my prepaid account.At last I myself found a solution to the problem, whereas the customer service were not able to help me at all. I have decided to port out of this company as they provide hopeless service with no signal or mobile towers.Also many times, when I am in a call, the phone automatically hungs up after a few minutes.Many persons complain to me that whenever I speak, my voice is not clear at all and a breaking sound is to be heard
