Worst customer care possible today is Vodafone Customer Care. They will be using willful and unlawful practices for increasing your monthly bill. If you go to vodafone corporate care, then they will not be interested in solving the issue. If you talk to them they will say all kind of shits and would be telling the lies on your face. I have a harrowing experience with them recently.
They can tell you all kind of exotic lies and when confronted they will say they are not the responsible authority. Also, they have posted on their website that if the problem is not resolved, then the nodal authority can be communicated. When I wrote a mail to nodal authority, I got a automated response that they will be reverting back in two working days. Still after 7 days there is no response. BE WARE OF VODAFONE.
