No response from customer care

I am using my Vodafone mobile number since last 10 years.


I am following up Vodafone customer care since March to resolve my billing issue. I have contacted Customer care, Nodal Officer, and also Appealing authority but no one is responding.


*Since Vodafone has acquire Hutch there customer care service is Very poor*


I have given below all mail communication with Vodafone.

I have sent several mail in last more than two months to Vodafone Customer care and Nodal officer, but didn’t receive any proper response.


So, I have taken decision to go to consumer court against extra charged made by Vodafone. I am writing to you as well as I am lodging complaint in online consumer forum against Vodafone.

Dear Sir/ Madam,


I believe now Vodafone should change their slogan “Happy to Help” as even writing these many mails, I am getting very poor response from customer care and Nodal officer both. Now only option is to go to Appealing Authority or higher.


I will wait few more days to get clarification on my query [REF:187776515450] raised on 5th April 2013 for Mobile no 9819562744  and then I’l move forward.


I have forward the same mail sent earlier many times to customer care and Nodal and Waiting for response.

Kindly re-check my bill for the period of  Bill period: 28.12.12 to 27.01.13| Bill date: 28.01.13.


Local call 1370:10, Amount has  been charged 81.00.


As per my plan- 1371-1200= 171 * .30= 51.3. For extra 171 call, charges come 51.3 rs.


STD Call 716, Amount has been charged 516


As per my plan- 716-400= 316 * .50= 158 rs. But I have been charged 516 rs.

I have check bill received in the month of January. Benefits has not been given in that bill and also the same I have confirmed with customer care.


They told me that benefits has not been given in this bill and because bill is already generated so they cannot reverse it back.


As my plan has been changed from 29th December 2012. I must get benefits in the January months bill.


Please also confirm my call rates


I was assured call rate: 50 paisa flat for STD and 30 paisa flat for local calls.
