Vodafone is pretty good network regarding the network availability, internet connections, its totally agreeable for me that you get good connectivity almost every where. but THE rate are way too much than other networks and you cannot afford being a vodafone user without earning quiet a bit to afford luxury as I may say. Well if u can afford it I wont say no to it, because you get the signal almost anywhere .
And the customer service its worsen that worse . They call u almost 7-8 times a day . they dont know what being busy means, they nag you and irritate you everytime. they wont respond to you properly, and the worst they would activate some offers or activities without your knowledge and monthly you would end up having no money in your account to make some urgent calls. and if we ask them why this is being activated, they would simply say’ while you were browsing it got triggered and activated automatically.’ what a pathetic lame excuse.shame for such a huge company.
the next thing is that the operator will call you telling bad about other companies .that is fake this is fake, who cares . what they should really do is to promote their company and stop nagging.
I am having terrible experiences with vodafone and I will never recommend this to anyone alive.
