Please stop harassing your customers !!

I had recharged a vodafone number on 23rd December, 2013 with Rs 300.

Payment Transaction ID: MSPD3202880222


Time: 12:08:27


The transaction had failed, however the amount was deducted from my bank account. I received a message with payment reference number "product 45936762", saying that the amount would be refunded within 5 working days. As the same did not happen even after a week, I called up the cust care TWICE, each time with a fake promise saying that the amount would be refunded that very night! The third time when I called I was given an email id where I was asked to send an -email stating the details.


However, the e-mail turned out to be trash and the mail never got delivered. The fourth time I called in, I was told to go to a Vodafone store where the money would be refunded. When I reach the Vodafone store with all the details, I m told to get my updated pass book statement which shows the transaction done on 23 Dec 13. I have my a/c in dwarka and I reside in New Friends colony. Now, I am supposed to go all the way to Dwarka, update my passbook and then get the refund?


Isn’t all the above mentioned details, plus the emails generated from Vodafone, a good enough proof of the transaction done!


Frankly, this is the limit of customer harassment! These thugs have all the money to advertise because they cheat their customers and leave them with no other option to get their money back! And I would really suggest to get some educated people in your cust care who would actually "care" about the customer’s grievances, rather than giving false information and making fake promises!
