I have been customer of Vodafone for past 7 years but now I am just fed up with the service and fraudster policies of Vodafone.I recharged my mobile with a sms pack of 37 rupee 1 month ago and after one month Vodafone auto renewed my sms pack without permission of me.So upon calling customer care they just told me that this is company policy to auto-renew pack after expiration so I asked them about intimating me then he said I am using DND service that’s why it blocked this massage as its a promotional massage but my question is:
1.How could an informational massage which contains information regarding auto-renewal of Plan be a promotional massage.??
- 37 rupee which they used for auto-renewal cost me 45 rupee of balance as I need to recharge 45 to get 37 as balance, so how are they gonna pay me rest of 7 rupee which I assume they won’t , hence it’s a cheating.
3.How can a company decides to auto-renew any thing which is being used by the customer??
4.In what Fu*king world could be policy of a company to irritate customer??
Thanx to Vodafone now I am switching to Airtel.
