I am using Vodafone postpaid sim for almost 1 year. And have pleased with their services and supports. I have not paid any extra bill, except that which I have used, But I have heard others compliant with vodafone that they were added wrong bill to their account .
In big cities like Indore, where I am right have no Network problem, but In small town and villages Vodafone still facing network problem.
Their m-paisa services is pretty awesome.
As internet concern with Vodafone is that their data plans are good, and chief but data speed is slow, comparing with other operators like idea and airtel.
For only talking purpose Vodafone is better operator than others because of its chief plan and their honesty.
Their customers care services on calls are pretty awesome and most supportive.
Many times I have visited their Vodafone Store at LIG indore their staff is very respectful and caring for their customers.
