I am using Hutch from more than a year, I never had any issues with quality of service and billing. The staff is well trained and friendly. I guess they are the best among rest.
Though It does take a while to reach the customer care, but I being a 333 customer, get through the line very quickly. These guys are very prompt in replying to emails also.

Here are some more interesting stuff... these guys send you bills couriered, with proper tabulation of bill. Along with that lot of real discount stuff..... trust me I have utilized those coupens to get great shopping...
So all in all....very good service and very freindly attitude..unlike BSNL and AirTel... both sucks.. BSNL is horrible in customet care and AirTel doesn’t care any more...
