I have been a subscriber of hutch for over 4 years. but ever since vodafone have started operations it has been one downhill ride in terms of every aspect of service. this proves the point rather emphatically that the MNCs whilst renowned for quality of service in developed countries, drop by in india and take the indian customer for a royal ride. they are able to get by with shoddy service and are hardly held accountable.
They are actually imitating the indian politicians, who know that the end user has hardly any choice- between equally shoddy and inefficient service providers. so they think by hiring a few nincompoops with an obviously lousy and puton english accent they can impress the customer. we are not interested in the accents, sir if you are listening. we are interested in making a call with a minimum of hassles. so by the way its going guys, I think it is the best bet to go for BSNL.
At least we are prepared that it is a government provided service and will be low on quality. but, surprise - my wife is using bsnl and it is really trouble free and has seamless conectivity. so lets boycot these fancy buy lousy mobile service providers and stick with ou r good old bsnl.
